Instructions
  1. Mag-init ng unting mantika sa kawali at igisa ang bawang, sibuyas, kamatis at kasim ng baboy. Lagyan ng suka at kaunting tubig at lutuin ng 5 minuto o hanggang lumambot ang baboy.
  2. Ilagay ang atay ng baboy at timplahan ng toyo, asukal, pineapple juice, liver spread, kaunting asin at paminta.
  3. Lutuin pa ng ilang minuto hanggang maluto ang atay at ilagay ang bellpepper at gisantes. Palaputan ng cornstarch at pwede ng ihain.
